THE SENIORS: MR. MILOSEVIC AND MR. RAJOY
As Milosevic did many years ago, Mr. Rajoy is permanently threating to finish with Catalonia self-government and right to decide.
Also as Milosevic did, there is a new kid in town, Mr. Xavier Garcia Albiol, who plays more or less the same role as Mr. Karadzic did in Bosnia Herzegovina. You know what I mean, right?
