That´s unbelievable! Spain government is using psyops techniques similiar to those used by Canadian Government (then headed by Prime Minister Trudeau) in the days previous to the first Quebec Referendum, back to1980.
Yesterday, a total of 15 Armoured trucks for Money Transportation were parked in front of Banco de España branch in Barcelona in one of the city's most visited corners, not only by locals, but also by tourists (Plaça Catalunya and Portal de l'Àngel junction).
Even though is quite normal to see a few of these trucks in this location, in this occasion neighbours said the number was unusual.
Taken into account the recent statement by Banco de España Governor on the risk of corralito in case the pro-independence list wins in next Sunday Catalan election, it seems clear that this public exhibition is deliberated carried out in order to spread fear among citizens.
It is the same psyop technique as the one used by Canadian government in 1980. Then a number of long trucks with Bank of Canada banner were ordered to circulate downtown Montreal to spread fear of a massive withdrawal of money to Toronto banks.
